FIT AS FU*K CROSSFIT CHALLENGE 25 SEPT
2010
FIT AS FU*K and CrossFit Training Center in
Køge, Denmark, hereby challenge all experienced
crossfitters to participate in the FIT AS FU*K CROSSFIT
CHALLENGE…..
Saturday 25 September 2010 @ CTC (CrossFit Training Center),
Køge, Denmark.
Time: 9 AM-6 PM.
There will be the following competitions:
- Men - individual
- Men - masters individual : 38 years+
- Women - individual
…. and the best participating athletes from each
affiliate will gather points in order to participate in the
overall competition as beeing the fittest CrossFit affiliate
2010.
Expect 5 events and no scaling
possibilities for the athletes making it all the way
to the final. Cut offs will be made during the day. You can bring
your own lifting shoes and jump rope. Expect kipping pull-ups in
one/more events. CrossFit competition standards will be
applied.
WODs will released in the week leading up to the event. 1 of the
WODs will be readers' choice.
